Vx2100 overmodulated music

For final hours of receptions i use built in mic and often get close to dj speakers. This time the music is way overmudulated.i have a rode videomic, could this have eliminated problem? I uuse shotgun, wireless and headphones for ceremony but enjoyed shedding them for reception.

I don't understand the question entirely.. Is your audio like blown out? At first I thought you were referring to dubstep when you said over modulated haha.

I'd recommend the videomic and checking your levels while shooting if possible.

You need to set the vx2100 audio to manual in the menu so you can set the audio level.

Re: Vx2100 overmodulated music

Music with heavy bass sounds horrible, i find it strange because it has never done this before. My menu wheel is very touchy and now i wonder if i changed a setting by accident during a recent setting change...
