Here in the UK Royalty Free Music - Non Copyright CDs and MP3 Downloads from AKM Music run by Anthony Kimber McTiffen have some excellent stuff.

SmartSound Royalty Free Music, 20 Million+ Royalty Free Music Downloads have a great selection with the added bonus that you can customise the mix, rhythm, length etc of the tracks.
