Because that's where all videographers happen to be - directly behind the photographer! Is it possible she didn't "brush by a candle", but instead the videographer set her hair on fire because she stepped into his shot?

Should read... "The entire incident was caught on camera by a videographer who the photographer happened to be standing directly in front of!"
