Switcher and Closed Circuit Question

Hello All,

Trying to find out the best way to incorporate a switcher with a Closed Circuit System.

My church currently has two Cannon GL2s. In the future, maybe a year or two, we will probably add another camera. Looking to be able to switch between camera shots "on the fly". We will be using whatever is on the hot monitor to be shown on three Closed Circuit monitors (one in the nursery, one in the kitchen area, and one in the office where the money is counted after offering).

On a very limited budget, but could probably spend up to $1500.00. We are looking at getting the monitors for the closed circuit or the monitors to watch the cameras from a local TV station. Just guessing the main expense will probably be the switcher itself. Need a quality brand, but affordable.

Any help in this manner will be greatly appreciated
