Dance recital contract

We have a good contract that covers us for weddings but I am looking for help with a contract for dance recitals. Not sure if it would have to be too different but we have one coming up in a few months and we're basically making our money off the dvd sales. I'm wondering what all we should include since the studio isn't paying us anything. I'm thinking just time, date, location pretty much just the basics.

Any thoughts?
Thanks

Re: Dance recital contract

i do alot of these,my basic order form, paraphrasing, company name on order form then under that DVD order form, under that , the event,
then basically,
If you would like a DVD of this event, please fill out the information below.
Name___________________

# of DVDs x $25.00 each = _________

Orders received after ........date will be $30.00 each.
Make checks payable to ,,,,,,,,,,,,

A minimum of 35 orders will be required for this event to be shot
(we always do this to let them know, they better order)
also set a date for 25.00 or whatever you charge that its due by. say 2 weeks before event.
any after that date will be $30.00.
are you mailing them out??figure around 1.00 postage for the dvd in a paper sleeve in a mailer.

have them distribute the order forms at least a month before.

i have done a ton of these, i shoot with one camera, most of the songs are only a few minutes, so i will start out wide for say 30 seconds or so to get all of them , then pull in and do a slow pan to get tighter, then back out.
we do a basic graphic with titles of each song before, this is easy money. you shouldnt need 2 cameras for these type of things, overkill.

any more questions, feel free to email me
