Thanks for that.

I think we also have to remember that we have hundreds of weddings under our belt and normally this is their first and last so they don't know much about planning ... I actually booked a bride last week and she told me (when asked) that she had NEVER even been to anyone elses wedding so she is really working in the dark! My asking questions we can also help them with details too and they appreciate that!
