Vimeo audio problem

Just wondering if anyone else has ever had this problem…

I've just uploaded a highlights video to vimeo, and something funny has happened to some of the audio (the guest messages). They're gone really quiet - practically inaudible.

This is the video -
Password is 'onetakemedia'
The guest messages are from 3.10

They were recorded with a Rode ntg2, plugged into a Zoom H1. The files have been converted to aiff.

Please help! :s

Re: Vimeo audio problem

It's even worse than you feared. Your video has also disappeared.

Haha yes sorry! I accidentally deleted the video on vimeo. I tried to delete this post earlier, but can't figure out how to do so!

Re: Vimeo audio problem

I'm also having problems with Vimeo audio....I use a -3db limiter on all my master output audio when rendering in Vegas and it sounds fine, no clipping, but lately, Vimeo has random crackles at the head of the audio. This has only been files I've uploaded recently and that's with a Vimeo Plus account.

Re: Vimeo audio problem

Hey me too! I was just going to post something like this online. What has happen to me is any audio recorded on the lav is scrambled sounding when it plays. But what is strange in the original final encode it plays normal...when I watch it online on a computer it plays normal, but if you watch it on any mobile device the voices only are scrambled sounding. I uploaded a trailer on Facebook and Vimeo with the same problem. I too would love to hear if anyone else has had this issue.

Thanks

Re: Vimeo audio problem

In my case the audio of the voices were out of phase and once I fixed that all is working.
