Wedding contract

Would anybody be willing to let me use a wedding contract of yours? I had one, but my hard drive crashed, so I switched to a Mac and need to start over. I don't do a lot of weddings, just enough to pay the rent. I livein in Oklahoma and just need a basic contract covering my "backside."

Just email me if you would be willing to help.

Thanks!
