MHz and more MHz...

Everyone,

I went to B&H to order one of the Senn G2 100's with the plug on transmitter for a handheld...

http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/cont...W100ENG2&Q=&O=

Lo and behold there is three types (A,B,C) with different MHz ranges. Geez!

Any idea which I should order (it will be primarily used at weddings, of course).

thanks

Brandon,

I have seen some other posts on here regarding this.....but I am in the same boat as you.

i think what I figured out from my research is that all 3 of them are basically the same other than the freq they work on.

What you need to do is go the Sennhieser.com and check your local area what freq are be used the most and then select either a,b,c accordingly.

B&H shows that the A band is the Top Sellar....in my area there is 1 TV station within this range so I will probably get the B band since there is nothing showing in that range.

I also heard somewhere that B&H suggested C band and I believe that was someone in the Houston area.....but then I got to reading about the Govt. wanting to do something with this freq range....so I didnt get C band because of this......I am sure any of the 3 you choose will do you just fine tho. Like I said for me B band is on order.

Hope that points you in the right direction.

Nathan
