Sports Broadcast Equipment

I'm researching the possibility of launching high school sports broadcasts on the cable system I work for and am trying to round up a fairly comprehensive equipment and workflow list to pull it off.

Our current plan is to utilize one producer running our Tricaster, a 2 camera setup (one wide, one dynamic), probably 2 person announcing team and an extra "runner" for whatever. We have a two-way radio communication system for use between all elements.

I'm hoping to get some feedback from any of you that are currently producing sporting events (mostly football & basketball) with suggestions on:

>Headsets for announce team
>Any type of replay device
>Do any of you use a wireless video transmission system from camera to switcher?
>Any additional comments, suggestions, etc.?
>Live clock or stat interfaces?

The two of us on the production side of things have sportscasting experience from the past but it's been probably 6+ years since our last game work and I'm sure there are some things we're not thinking of. Our Tricaster will allow for some nice overlay work but I'm keeping my eyes open for other add-on equipment that adds a cool element to the broadcast.
