Xh-A1 battery question

For those of you shooting with the Xh-A1 at weddings, I was hoping you could give me an estimate on how long the battery is lasting you. The 950g says five hours.

All the 970G's are backordered, and I have some gigs coming up in a couple of weeks, so I didn't know if I should have 2 or 3 950g batteries?

I am using generic(non Canon) BP-945 6600Mah batteries and am able to film the full wedding with one battery and have charge left. Thats from 1pm until 9pm with stop/start recording. Battery life is superb on these.

I got a ElipZ 10k system: ElipZ 10K battery, ElipZ charger & any ElipZ Cable Adapter. Works awesome with Canon XH-A1

It lasts 8 hours... its a bit heavy... but I never worry about batteries.

I spend alot of time on the merlin steadicam, so I am staying with traditional batteries. Plus, my back has enough weight to lug around:). Interesting suggestion, though.
