This was a very quick edit. Part of this particular sequence shot with SonyZ1u and Canon GL2 with Century Optics fisheye.

Nice one John. Good establishing sequence and I'm pleased to see the fisheye didn't get over-used. Good details too - with split screen, B & W, Dutch tilt and a nice track. It came over as horizontally squashed on my PC screen though, with short fat people. Not what you intended at all I'd guess.

Thanks Tom. I messed with a different 16x9 setting through compressor. I thought the same thing.

I thought you did a good job overall. Good pacing and composition.

For constructive criticism's sake, there is a low shot at the very beginning with the b&g kissing. It's static at first, and then you start to move in on them, and then you cut to another shot. IMO that shot should either be all static or all moving. You shouldn't start your movement in the middle of the shot.

The shot with the bride and her father walking down the aisle also looked too dark. Maybe brighten up the mids and the highlights a little.

Just a few suggestions. Other than that, great job!

As the bride and father walk down the path there are car wheels running over the top of their heads, this is a little distracting. Maybe cropping in post or a tighter shot would have been better?

I wasnt too sure about the duck and the music was a bit uninspiring for me, it didnt wake the duck :) (my attempt at humour)

The problem with critiques is that they are subjective hehe. When I post my next video for critique please feel free to shoot it down :)

Thanks Ian. Yes I noticed the cars at the top and thought the same thing. Probably correct for the highlight. As for the duck....I chased this thing around all morning and finally got a tight shot and I knew the damn thing was going to get in one way or another :)
