Crashes on encoding WMV

Hi Folks,
Is anybody else having a problem with trying to encode an AVI file as a Windows Media File. I choose the 3mb size, but it says it can't do it, and wants to close the program.

Suggestions - is this a WMV problem, or Vegas 7 problem?

Thanks!
Milt
