Creating the cine look?
 

Anyway to create a cinelook in post rather than shoot with the preset?

I know you cannot recreate things like knee and coring but what about a simulation of the look and feel that cine gives in the XHA1?

Sure you can. This is what tools like Celluloid (VASST) and Magic Bullet (Red Giant) among a dozen tools for "cinelooks" or film-stock/process emulators.
they significantly add to render times.
Creating effects in glass is usually best, with camera DSP next best, but creating looks on tape means you're committed. You can't go backwards like you can with an NLE-based post process.
