Slow Motion to fast motion

I have a clip of someone waliking and want to go from slo mo to fast, have tried velocity but doesn't seem to give fast enough, same thing on setting sun, have 15 min of setting sun, want to get it really fast, have tried velocity, and properties to speed up, doesn't really do it, is there a better way

In addition to a Velocity envelope, place your cursor at the end of the clip, hold down the Ctrl key and drag it backwards.
This gives you a 4X increase that, in conjunction with the 3X of the Velocity envelope, results in a total of 12X.
If that's not fast enough, render it to a new track and repeat as necessary.

I will try that, thanks

Two things to watch out for that I forgot to mention.
First of all, if you're using a Velocity envelope, be advised that the apparent clip length will remain the same but it actually repeats 3X. Look for the two Vs on the top of the timeline and drag the clip back to the first one so that this isn't an issue.
The second is that you may have to check either "Force resample" or disable resample" to get the clip to play back smoothly. "Smart resample" is the default.
These options are found by right-clicking the event and selecting "Properties".
Which one to use is up to you.

Yes tried your suggestions, worked fine, now I guess I can just mess with it to get what I want, thanks
