Selective Saturation? Midtone and contrast?

Looking for the best way to selectively saturate a color, what I am trying to do is saturate a blue sky bluer, without making everything blue with a blue curve.

Also, I want to brighten or add some contrast to everything a little and yet keep the midtones as in contrast up the image by brightening it and maybe warm it a bit but when I do the clouds in teh sky get completely washed out, anyway to brighten highlights, deppen shadows and adjust midtones seperately like in Photoshop levels control?

I'm not expert in this area, and perhaps someone with more specific experience will chime in with details.

Try the secondary color corrector - it allows you to select a color or range of color for correction.
