Render issue when using Dynamic RAM preview...

Hi, I'm using Vegas 7e.
I Don't know what went wrong...
The only way that my render will finish without any crashes is when I select the value on "Dynamic Ram preview" to "0"...
If I set it to "128", "256" or "512" or anything, Vegas will crash with an error message and shutdown or the whole computer will restart.
It where usually no problems rendering before with the same settings.
My settings: AVI(or)Mpeg-2, HDV 720p with frame rate 50.
Its a 7min photo 3D Source Alpha track motion show... hope that makes any sense for you guys... 8GB large .avi or 1GB large when rendering Mpeg-2
The thing is that when I have "0" in dynamic RAM, my render time increase from 6 hours to 14 hours, dont ask me why. So I prefer having a normal value in dynamic RAM.

When i render with same setting but framerate 25, the render will pass ok.
But 70 days ago, i could render this project using frame rate 50 and dynamic RAM on maybe "512" etc, with no problems!
I think the whole problem started after updating from Vegas 7c or 7d.
Or can it be hardware related anyhow?

My specc: Core 2 Duo 2,67GHz, 4GB ram, geforce 7900GS

could you be a little more specific as to how you are rendering?

Are you trying to build a dynamic RAM preview, then it crashes? or are you rendering your final project, if so what are you settings, output format, file type etc.

Dynamic RAM previews are for ...well....previews (as far as I am aware), i.e previewing complex transitions or effect heavy clips when played from the timeline to give you clearer picture in your preview monitor without all the jitters and stutters. I can't see how Dynamic RAM preview settings could affect a project render.

Maybe I'm wrong and someone else can enlighten us both!

No, I try to do a final rendering not just a ram preview...
yeah i know it sounds strange, what have dynamic ram preview to do with final rendering to do? but on somehow it affect my final render to crash with the wrong settings..

Everytime I try to render vegas crash or computer restarts...
The only way the project will render successfully, is when I either change dynamic RAM preview to ZERO, or changing the render threads to ZERO... strange...
My computer is a new one, Intel Core 2 Duo E6700...
