Editing dual-bit WMV file?

I have a dual-bitrate WMV video file that was produced using Windows Media Encoder. When I load this into Vegas, it shows up as the two audio streams only. Is there a way to demux this file in Vegas? Or do I need a third party program?

Thanks!

JR

Windows Media Stream Editor comes with the Windows Media Encoder package, which is free from Microsoft. It will allow you to demux this; at least I think so, I've never demuxed with it, just muxed.

Thanks...that info was bobbing around in the depths of my brain, I'm glad you could jar it loose. :)

That's exactly what I was after.
