Which files to backup for Custom 'Render As' and Camera Aspect Ratio

Would someone here know which files or registry entries store custom render templates and pan/crop camera settings? I've poked around the Sony directories in Program Files and Documents & Settings but haven't been successful. I did a search on the registry but I must have missed it too. I'm upgrading machines and I had a number of custom 'render as' templates and cinema style aspect ratios. I'm doing them by hand right now, but should I lose the harddrive I'd like to backup the files relevant to this.

On vista I found a Vegas profiles.ini which seems related but didn't seem to have all the details (like the name and such -- just sizes and framerates).

Thanks much!

I have no idea about aspect ratios but here's the scoop on your render templates.
Thanks to John Rofrano for this.

All of the custom rendering templates are in:

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Sony\File Templates

Where <username> is your windows account name. Just copy them over to your new PC and they should be recognized.

The path changed under Vista

Hi Mike, thanks for the reply here and at Vegas Forums.

It appears that the path changed in Vista Home Premium but its very similar:

\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Sony\File Templates

inside the the directories that point to aviplug, mcplug, wm

Additionally there are two ini files that reference the information in Roaming under:

\ProgramData\Sony\Vegas Pro\8.0
