background movie doesn't play at DVinfo.net

Hi,
I've been burning dvds with intro as part of the main content.
Lately, I tried to creat menu for the dvd.
Using DVDA4, I embeded background movie in the menu page.
When previewing the disc, the background movie play with buttons are high light-able. however, when i prepared the disc, and burn with 3rd party software, since DVDA is not burning right, the disc starts playing with the main content but not the menu page, even I set movie start point in DVDA with the background movie clip.
Please advise.
