Premiere better all around for HDV?
How much truth do you think there is in this :
http://makebettermedia.blogspot.com/...-friendly.html I would have thought that Vegas would be especially good with all the sony cameras out there, but this guy thinks that Premiere is the best all around for playing nice-nice with different HDV camera... |
"Adobe's editing application gets high marks for being among the few that will edit HDV files in their native format."
Tells me everything I need to know right there. |
Whatever
He's obviously never tried using Vegas then!
What I love about Sony Vegas is its user friendliness, its dependability, and how professional it is. I know that it isn't taken very seriously in the 'inner circles', but Sony Vegas is the way to get things done. SB |
In the end its really about how things work for you. If vegas is doing everything you need then rock on! When I was trying to pick an editor I got my hands on as many apps as I could and gave them a test drive. What ever works for you and what you are doing is the best HDV app for you.
