Vegas 4.0 installation at DVinfo.net

Would anyone please help me out, I have a problem re-installing Vegas 4.0e? I removed Vegas 4.0e from my computer for several months because I had to reformat my hard drive. I'm trying to re-install it for the first time since I removed it 3 months ago. I get this message every time I try to install " unable to write to temp directory in C:\documents and settings\2zone\local settings\temp\.. Check that you have write access to this directory."
This happens only with Vegas software.
