64b XP Problems
 
Just set up brand new NLE with ASUS P5Q3 and XP64. Will not recognize any 1394 audio interfaces. Will not recognize any camera or vtr. Will recognize plug and play external 1394 drives...at a big loss here... Anybody?

SP3 and I just went back to XP Pro 32...Just too many problems with 64b OS for us. Seems fine with late model consumer stuff but anything braodcast level is a no go for 64 (for us). As soon as we installed 32b everything came on at once and is running fast and smooth. im just heavy 4gs of ram now...
