the device 'cirrus logic USB-DVR2' source could not be opened
 

Good evening,

Prior to using Vegas I always captured with scenalyzer live because of the multiple audio tracks using 3 mics on my xl2.


Now with my Vegas I get this note "

the device 'cirrus logic USB-DVR2' source could not be opened"


I now need to fix this because I am going to hdv and need the vegas capture.

Can anyone help??

If you're capturing HDV, make sure you specify to use the INTERNAL capture app, not the external one. Are you specifying the internal one?

If the pop up box no longer appears asking which one you want, go into the preferences and make sure the internal HDV option is chosen.
