H.264 in Vegas 7 or VMS9

Anybody how there know how to render something into H.264? I am running both Vegas Pro 7 and Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 9 on an XP machine.

Great forum, btw. Stop in everyday. Thanks in advance.

Both Sony AVC and MainConcept AVC/AAC are H.264 options.
