Script for randomizing clips for a slideshow?

Is there a script floating around for randomizing clips in a timeline for a slideshow? Or even better if there is one that also puts in random transitions between clips?

Both Excalibur and Ultimate S will perform both tasks. Neither are free but both have a free trial period.

I'm not sure if there's a free script floating around that will do either.
