Hd & SD to be rendered in dvwide

Hi guys,i m talking about that video with 70% HD footage and 30 % SD footage.I want to render it in pal dv Widescreen.
i've rendered it but the SD footage appears not as fluid as the HD one.
I forgot to tell u that i started my project as HDV 1080 50i.Any suggestions?
