Changing Transition1 Shortcut?? at DVinfo.net

How do I change the default keyboard shortcut "Insert.Transition1" to a transition I want linked to a particular key? Vegas gives Num /, Num *, Num - as predefined transitions how would I link a "Soft Flash" to one of those keys?

Probably the best way would be to create a script that assigns that transition and then assign that script to a keypress.
