AVI into a M2t show.

Hi guys, I've got avi files (shot SD on a GS400 16:9) to include in a show with m2t files
(shot on a Canon A1 50i 16:9) The NLE is VMSP 9b, the output to go to a DVD.

We were shooting on the GS400, now a Canon A1, so there's many avi files in the archives for future shows like this, not all to be used though.

What would folk recommend is the best workflow for this? Thx.

Cheers.

I would set the project to match the m2t files and then just drop the AVI files onto the timeline wherever they're needed. I did this on our Christmas musical, delivered on SD DVD, and it looked fine.
