Is there a way to insert a PDF into an Arch menu? at DVinfo.net

I am wondering if there is a way to have a PDF work within a ARCH project. I was going to screen grab the pdf and make it into PSD if I can't, but I thought there might be a way to include a brief document for the DVD right in the menu so if the user clicks on it, it will open.
