Editing AVCHD footage, do I need any other files besides m2ts?

I just transferred all the footage from the SDHC card (Canon HF-S100) to my PC a few days ago. As expected, the actual video files in m2ts format are inside the folder STREAM. There are also a few other folders. I forgot their names, but I remember the sizes of those folders are not very large. To start editing, do I just import these m2ts files only in Vegas Pro 8, and ignore all the other files?

Thanks,

Only the footage in the stream file is needed, all others are useless....Vegas needs nothing else....
