Anyone know if Vegas and FCP projects export well to each other?

I've got a new employee who has several years of FCP experience. She's using Vegas for me, but is not thrilled with it. I want to be able to modify my projects in the future, so I'm reluctant to let her edit in FCP. The footage is all AVCHD transcode via NeoScene.

Therefore, I was wondering if project can be exported effectively between FCP and Vegas?

Thanks, this would be a big help.

Nope, Vegas doesn't play well with others.

I'm learning just like everyone else here. I just tend to "try out" stuff a lot!
