How can i achieve a blu sky on a grey cloudy day?

Hola chicos, i wanted to ask you gurus what are your suggestions on obtaining a blue sky in postproduction even if the raw footage was cloudy and a lil grey (not too much).
I should act on secondary color correction?
Thx

P.s: i was shooting airplanes in the sky!
thx a lot guys

I have used Color correction, rather lightly though.

secondary color correction should work, though I have not used it for this. would be good to hear specifics how one would accomplish that to best effect from someone that has done it often. I shoot birds in the air all the time.

You got a still? I'll have a go.

I've done this pretty successfully in the past, using Secondary CC. Just select a portion of the that has the predominant colour, and change the hue and saturation until it looks more like blue sky.
