You could try the Vignette tool in the NewBlue Video Essentials II package and see if that does what you're wanting to do.

It might help if you post a snapshot of the effect you're trying to achieve as well.

I think there is several ways, as said above. Another way is using the Light rays effect, reduce to strength to 0 and turn on the Bound Radius.

Add the Cookie Cutter FX to your event, select the "Circle, Center" preset, adjust the Feather and Size to taste. I find that a Feather of 1 and Size of 0.500 is a good starting point. (note there should be no track below so that only black shows through.)

Don't you love how there's a dozen different ways to achieve the same effect! :-)

In MBL in the Tools palette on the right, look under Lens for Vignette and drag it onto your frame.

Sorry

there should be 5 icons on the bottom of the looks builder screen, lens is one of them click it then on the right side of the looks builder window there is the word "tools" that runs vertically. hold the mouse over that and the window will expand. giving you a bunch of options. click and drag the vignette onto your image.

I found just "Do lens filters botton"

are you using QUICK looks, or magic bullet looks?
