Nudgeing to align tracks
 
What is the proper way to move a track slightly left or right? My Audio and Video track is off just a slight bit... I need to move the audio just slightly (like half frame)

For 1 frame, use the 1 and 3 keys on the numeric keypad.

For 1 or more frames (depending on the zoom level) use the 4 and 6 keys on the numeric keypad.

For less than 1 frame, you do NOT want to adjust the video. Adjusting the audio would be fine, though. To adjust the audio, simply turn off "quantize to frames" which will let you go sub frame distances. But you really shouldn't move video sub-frame distances.
