Architect went nuts!

When I start new 16:9 project in Architect and go to File - New - Menu Based and choose 720x480 16:9 template I have that error message (even if I don't add any files to timeline) - TRACK 1"VIDEO" IN "MENU1" CANNOT BE RECOMPRESSED BECAUSE ITS BIT RATE IS TOO LOW. It only happens with standard definition templates. What is going on?! Setting recompress to "no" didn't help. I hope it is not Windows 7 64-bit bug.

Might be jumping the gun, but try uninstalling and reinstalling. I use Win 7 64 bit and have been for 6 mos, no issue here.
