720p50 720p25 AVC at DVinfo.net

Two questions here.
Footage is from a GH1 720p50 AVC, I first thought I would output the same format and frame rate, but only found the option to output AVC 720p25.
It seems that half the resolution is thrown away (am I correct ?).
When rendering to AVC 720p25 in properties FRAME RATE 25 (PAL), DEINTERLACE METHOD none. I found that I need to turn on disable resample for every clip, otherwise I get some ghosts in the footage.
Is there a way to turn on disable resample for the whole timeline or in the preferences ?
Is there a way to output 720p50 ?
