Good Morning,

Once before I spent over half an hour at their web site trying to find a Sony phone number I could contact about my software. Just went at it again this morning and still no luck.

Does anyone have a phone number to contact a real person at sony about software???

Hi Dale -- try this phone number is US - it is toll free here - not sure from Canada though --
1-800-883-6817 - using prompts - 2 -- 5 -- 2 ? And Sony Servies Plus - 1-800-538-7550 -- ?

Last year I try to contact Sony, I was on hold for over an hour and I gave up.
