Slowing events gradually

Hi everyone,

I did a search here in the forums and didn't see this question. It's possible I didn't search correctly so I apologize in advance if this question has already been answered.

Is there a way to gradually move an event from real-time to slo-mo in Vegas Pro 9?

Thanks!

Velocity Envelope - look it up in the help file. Will let you go from 300% (fast forward) past 100% (normal speed) down past 0% (freeze frame) to -100% (full speed reverse). Just add multiple nodes on the envelope to change speeds over time.

Hi Edward,

Thanks! I just looked it up and there it is. I was looking in the manual under "speed" and never saw this.
