Yep. Choose for Event or Track:

Event Pan & Crop > (right-click) Flip Vertical
Or Track Motion> (right-click) Flip Vertical

In Sony Vegas, you will find it in the video fx tab, select multiple clips and drag the fx over your shots.

Have been using it quite a lot when I had a Letus 35a adapter!

Bear in mind why the flip is needed, if it's because you've been shooting lowmode with steadicam, and i'm talking poor mans low mode, ie camera still upside down, the the footage need so be rotated 180 degrees, not flipped.
