Rendered mp4 has flicker on top of image
 

Hi everyone,

Rendering out mpeg2 to Sony AVC mp4. In some areas where effects are used there is noticable flicker on the top of the screen. I did a search on the forum and it looks like discussions have centered around an entire portion of a vide flickering. In my case, it's the very top of the image only.

It appears to only happen when vignetting is applied to events in which I am zooming.

Anyone else experience this and have a fix?
