I need help rendering to specific file format and codec

Hi. Can someone please help me out here..? I need to upload an animation film to a film festival FTP server. They have specific instructions on what file to upload and I'm not sure about how to create one of these files with Vegas.

The instructions:
Quote:
Our platform accepts:

MPEG 2 files (.mpg or .vob or .mpeg or .ts)
MPEG 4 files (.mp4) Quicktime movies with MJPEG codec, h264 codec or uncompressed (very large!)
AVI files with MJPEG codec, h264 codec or uncompressed
DV files either as Quicktime or AVI or as DV stream

The audio shall always be either uncompressed, MP3 or AAC.

The movie has to be one single file including video and audio tracks.

The maximum file size shall not exceed 5 Gbyte.

I'm in PAL land, so the film is 25 FPS, 720x576. Its made up of jpeg sequences on the Vegas 9 Pro timeline. Now I just need to know how to configure rendering it so to meet with the festival requirements.

Needless to say, I'd like the file to be of best quality without exceeding the 5GB limit. The film is a bit less than 9 minutes.

Thanks!

IMO, DV-AVI (widescreen if necessary, render in Best mode) would be the highest quality possible.
Audio this way is WAV format so it's uncompressed.
9 minutes won't even come close to the 5 GB. limit (more like 2.5 GB. at the most).
