"Inflated" DVDA Files?

I'm using DVD Architect 5.0, and not sure if it's this or some other issue. On other computers I could put a file, say, 3.2 GB onto DVDA and that's what it'd read straight through. But on this computer I'd place the 3.2 GB file onto DVDA and it'd inflate to 4.0GB, or sometimes more, exceeding the disc capacity. Yet the actual file is only about ninety minutes long, and this is the ceiling I'm now dealing with. Why does this happen?

Thanks,
Barry

DVDA has a long history of incorrectly reporting file sizes.
As long as you know your total project mpeg-2 + ac-3 files) is under the allowable maximum, ignore the warnings.
I get this a lot and I know my total file size is under the limit.
I ignore the warning and DVDA proceeds as expected.
