Rendering out to MXF -- Question

Hi,

So now is the time to render out my project and present it tomorrow to our MTV equivalent.

I've got the specs from the station and they are as follow:

MXF file = XDCAM HD 422, 8 channel, mono, 24bits

I've rendered using the Sony MXF type with the "HD422 1920x1080-60i 50mbps" template. There is one problem though, if I select 8 channels instead of 2 I get the following error message.

"The custom template you selected is not valid with the current project settings. It has been removed from the template list."

If I can't select 8 channels why is it offered then? And how can I go about to render it in 8 channels?

***

They are also asking for something else, which I assume that it is the file they will use for reviewing purposes, the first one being the file they will use if they decide to broadcast it. Anyway here's what they're asking:

"NTSC (1920x1080) HDTV 1080i (16:9) 59.94fps with a timecode track"

What kind of file should I render that to then? An avi, another MXF?...anybody has a sense of what they are talking about. I am trying to get hold of them but it is very difficult to get through to them, that is why I am asking here.

Thanks,

Phil

***Edit***

Just wanted to add to the reason for them to want an MXF file is that the timecode is embedded in it. Does the template allow for the TC to be in it automatically and be recalled at the touch of a button? I ask because I didn't see any option for TC insertion in the render settings window.
