Titler Text box no show

In Vegas Pro 11 (v.511) when I try to do a title from "ProType Titler" or Legacy Text, I do not get a text box pop up. I have looked for it under other windows but it is not there. - What is wrong.

Works fine for me. Have you checked all of your tabs?
