How hard would it be?
From a software point of view, hacking, whatever....
To be able to use the Burn to disc option in tools menu and, 1. include Markers as chapter points, Not menu related, just step through the video. 2. for us Pal users, it automatically creates a lower field first mpg, even if you have progressive video. Can I open up some Vegas files in Notepad and change these things, or is it just to hard? Never know if you don't ask :) |
Re: How hard would it be?
#1 - not sure of a way to specify this.
#2 - I did not see any progressive options for PAL. I did for NTSC, though. I tried creating a preset but that did not change the list shown. It's really easy to go a quick render to MPEG2 and then just load that in DVD Architect and do a "Single Movie" there which is essentially the same thing. It might take just a little bit longer but then you'd get what you want. |
Re: How hard would it be?
Thanks for trying Edward.
Looks like Ill have to persist with Architect. The cursed program is like Kryptonite to me, I get in there and start clicking around and going nowhere, mess it up and run away like a scared little newb. Anyone know any good links to Architect tutorials? Id like to get a bit proficient with it. |
Re: How hard would it be?
Architect has built-in interactive tutorials.

You can also look through the newsletters on my website. They will show you the basics of how to create a DVD in Architect.
