Hi all

Have a quick question - I have just finished editing an 20 second ad for TV in Ireland. I need to render it out and transfer it to the production company to put on digibeta. I have no idea what settings to use.. the want a prores file but I can't supply that. Any suggestions on what the best settings for this is?
