Render Settings Using Cineform

I had a hard drive crash and have not used Vegas for quite some time so I lost and don't remember the template settings for my workflow. I am trying to render out of Vegas using the Cineform intermediate codec to later bring in to TMPGEnc to encode for DVD format. Can someone please help me determine the settings I need here? I am particularly wondering what to use for Frame rate, Field Order, Pixel aspect ratio, and the interleaving stuff.
