Looking for two scripts

Has anyone seen Vegas scripts that will do the following?

1)Find the audio clip that goes with a video clip after its been erased. Orphans ?

2)One that will paste clips together at the break? "Unsplit?"

I know some of the more expensive packages (expensive to me) have them built in but with all the free scripts around, I am hoping to find some.

No scripts are needed for either of these operations.

Right click on the video clip while it's on the timeline and select Open in Trimmer. Double click the clip to highlight it and right-click and drag it back to the timeline. Before you release it, choose Audio Only - Add Audio Across Tracks.

Since there's no Unsplit in Vegas, just group them. Select the necessary clips and hit G for Group.

#1 can easily be done with the "Find Missing A/V" tool in Excalibur. I believe Ultimate S has a similar tool.

#2 can only be done IF the pieces left and right of the clip are from the same clip and are contiguous. Excalibur can also fix that with the "Unsplit" tool. Or you can simply delete the clip to the right of the clip and extend the clip to the left until it fills the space.
