Ultimate S 3.0 - Accessing more Lower thirds

Just picked up US3 (love it) but I thought there was supposed to be like 50 or so lower thirds. I only have 10. Is this right, or do they count the 10 x fade, appear, push up, push down, etc.,

First, you'll do better contacting ultimatesupport@vasst.com, which is the technical support address that goes to five people in the system.
Second, in the email which contains your unlock code, there is a link to the Xtras-pak for Ultimate S 3.0. That allows you access to the additional thirds and audio pak tools. You need to use that link to gain access, and your unlock code will unlock those Xtras.

Finally, you're always welcome to call tech support at the number supplied in your owners manual.
